To use one of the following payment methods, just make your selection at check-out and submit the order. A copy of the order with instructions on how to complete payment will be e-mailed to the address you provided. When paying with money order always print out the order and send with your payment. We do not accept personal checks.
Money Order - US Postal Money Orders are a safe, convenient, and economical alternative to sending cash through the mail. Paypal - PayPal is another electronic transfer of money that has become popular for auction sites and retail sites alike. Customers using PayPal as payment must have a verified address on file, and orders will only be shipped to a "Confirmed" address. If your address is not "Confirmed", please choose one of our other friendly payment methods. Orders over $250.00 will be shipped Signature Required.
Credit Cards - Visa, MasterCard and Discover cards accepted. You must provide us with the billing address of the card along with the phone number on file with the card issuer. Any credit card order over $500 requires a delivery signature, and any order over $1000 will also require a photo ID. A request to ship to an alternate address (any address other than the bill-to) may cause a shipping delay, due to required security measures. We must complete additional verification and authorization to ship to an alternate address, so please call us as soon as possible after completion of your order to begin this process. We will not proceed with your order until we hear from you. Please understand that some banks no longer provide merchants with the necessary information. If this is the case with your bank, the order can only be shipped to the billing address. Any order shipping to an alternate address will require a delivery signature.
All orders are shipped in plain boxes with our return name as B&G. Most orders are shipped within 24 hours. We will notify you if there is a delay or problem, so be sure to include your phone number and/or a valid email address. Check out the shipping map below for your estimated FedEx delivery day. Orders shipping through the US Postal Service (Priority Mail) average 3-5 business days for delivery.
A request to ship to an alternate address (any address other than the bill-to) for a credit or debit card purchase may result in a shipping delay, due to security measures. We must complete additional verification and authorization to ship to an alternate address, so please call us as soon as possible after completion of your order to begin this process. (800) 444-2837. Tracking numbers are not provided for credit/debit card orders, however, our customer service department will be happy to track your order for you and give you an expected arrival date. Please wait 48 hours after your order is placed. An automatic email will be sent to you (for internet orders) the day that your order is shipped, so you can estimate your delivery day. Alternative Garden Supply dba Brew & Grow is committed to your satisfaction. Product(s) must be returned within 30 days of receipt date. Please return all items in "as-new" condition and in the original packaging. Items not returned in new condition will not be accepted. All returns must have an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number, sorry - no exceptions. To obtain an RMA# call (800) 444-2837. Items not returned in the original packaging with all protective wraps will be subject to a 15% restocking charge. Used items are not accepted for return, as well as most "special order" items are not eligible for return.
If a product is in need of repair, please call our toll-free number (800) 444-2837 for an RMA number or for information on where to have your item serviced. Some warranty repairs will be handled directly with the manufacturer.
We are human and do make mistakes. If you see a price that is hard to believe, it may be a mistake. We apologize for any errors that may occur, but we can not be held liable for errors. We will be happy to give you a 15% discount for errors brought to our attention.
