Simply poke a small hole, using a thumb tack, or needle, where you would like to place the dripper. Open the hole to the correct size by using a hole punch tool. Insert the drip head into the line (colored side in). Attach a length of Woodpecker drip line on the other side of the drip head and run it to the Woodpecker stake. The nutrient solution runs from the drip head to the stake and then drips down the stake’s channels into the growing media. We have fittings that can be used with the Woodpecker drip line, though we do not typically use these fittings ourselves in our irrigation setups. Save money - buy the packs of 50 each.
