When you make a purchase from this site, you provide your name, E-mail address, credit card information, address, and phone number. NO PLACE TO SHIP THE PRODUCT?

Have your order held for pick-up. Call 1-800-PICK-UPS or visit the UPS website for the location of the nearest UPS Customer Care Center. A UPS Customer Care Center is the only facility that you may have your order held for pick-up. Place your order and pay using Western Union or Money Order. Be certain to note (in the address field) "C/O UPS Customer Counter - Hold for Pick-up".

RETURN POLICY

Alternative Garden Supply is committed to your satisfaction. Please return your product within 30 days of your products receipt date. Please return items in 'as-new' condition, in original packaging. Items not returned in new condition will not be accepted. All returns must have a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number, no exceptions. To obtain an RMA call (800) 444-2837. Items not returned in original packaging with all protective wraps will be subjuct to a 15% restocking charge. Used items are not accepted for return.

REPAIRS

If a product is in need of repair please call our toll-free number (800)444-2837 for an RMA number or for information on where to have your item serviced.

SHIPPING

All orders are shipped in plain boxes with our return address as AGS Inc. Most orders are shipped within 24 hours. We will notify you if there is a delay or problem, so be sure to include your phone number. Check out our shipping map for how long your order will take. Orders for U.S. Mail will ship the following day if ordered by 2:00 pm.

TRACKING NUMBER

Tracking numbers are not given for credit card orders. Our customer service department will be happy to track your order for you and give you an expected arrival date. Please wait 48 hours after order is placed. See our shipping map for expected arrival.
